As a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, the Westport Astronomical Society depends entirely on your tax-deductible donations as well as membership fees to fund our continued operation. Since 1975 our 100% volunteer group has operated the Rolnick Observatory as a unique educational attraction for the communities of Southern Connecticut. The cost of maintaining the Observatory’s telescopes, buildings and community outreach programs are high and we receive no funding except from generous people like you; our existence depends solely on our neighbors’ financial support. No amount you can give is too small and no amount is too great!
